4 tbs virgin coconut oil
3 tbs coconut palm sugar/ 2 tbs agave
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of sea/ crystal salt
6 tbs raw cocoa powder
1/2 cup raw almond butter
(1/2 cup of shredded coconut/ chopped almonds - optional)
Lay a small bowl on the kitchen sink covered with some hot water. Add coconut oil, sugar, salt and vanilla extract in the bowl and mix melting the coconut oil on the hot water. Add cacao powder in the mix and stirr well with a fork. Wash and dry your ice cube mold and add a layer of the melted chocolate in each cup. Spoon a dab of almond butter on the chocolate layer and then pour the rest of the chocolate on top. If you want, you can also add a final layer of eg. shredded coconut or almond crumbles. Set chocolates into the fridge for one hour and take them out 10 minutes before serving.
