EARLY MORNINGS
Start each new day by centering your mind and body with peace and joy through a guided meditation, mindfullness and awareness session. The stillness of your mind will allow you to open your heart to the inspiring wonders and insights of the day.

MORNINGS
Enjoy an invigorating yoga class varying different vinyasa flow themes. A playful and rootening morning class will wake up your body, detoxify and give you a boost of energy and awareness. After class we will nourish our bodies with Aalto restaurant’s delicious & healthy breakfast

DURING THE DAY
Waterfall & dolphin excursions and free time to spend swimming in the ocean, chilling by the poolside, playing beach volley, taking r enewing spa treatments – any way you prefer! Stunning Khanom area will surely make you fall in love with its pristine long beaches and scenery.

AFTERNOONS
Varying coaching sessions on happiness and healthy lifestyle and special workshops like journeydance and thai yoga. You will gain a totally new capacity to connect to yourself, others and the world around you - making the most of all the things you value in life.

EVENINGS
Each evening slows down to a calming and revitalizing yin yoga class. Dinner will be served at the beach often accompanied with a beautiful sun set. Post dinnertime offers optional evening programs, such as movies, group discussions and other fun group activities.

Established as a holistic health practitioner, thai massage therapist and yoga instructor between Monaco and Chamonix since 2003,Annick Meffre’s deep knowledge and intuition for the anatomy and movement, add a sensitive and secure approach to her healing touch and teachings.  Meditation is key along her practice and she guides her students to delve deeper into the breath and to experience “embodied presence.” Annick invites you to a warm, playful, creative yet physical practice. This is a day of pratice, growth and transformation - for students, teachers and those who are interested in feeling lighter and more connected, feeling better in their body and sleeping deeper.movements.

Yin Yoga will give us vocabulary to explore verbal and emotional cues, while Thai Yoga will inspire your ability to touch with confidence.
This workshop is very interactive, providing feedback, receiving physical adjustments, meet new friends and have fun!

Despite its growing popularity, so many people still think of Yin Yoga as just a restorative yoga practice. While it will restore your joints, enhance your range of motion and free your heart, Yin Yoga is a powerful practice built on the foundation of Meridian (Chinese) Energy lines. They connect our organs with our emotions and our physical structure.

In our first part of the day we will experience all lower Meridians, their Chinese and Western application, and how they relate to our psycho-physical essence. We will explore how the Chinese model was developed over one thousand years throughout China, and modern research by Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama, who played a critical role in shaping Yin Yoga to what it is today.

We will experience both a transformative Yin Yoga practice, which will have some Yang parts to help us understand how to weave such elements into our practice or teaching, a discussion, as well as group sharing and interaction.

This practice is suited for both teachers and students who have never experienced Yin Yoga before.

Yoga Teachers will discover powerful Yin secrets for their classes, vocabulary that helps them teach with more confidence, while students will leave with an appreciation of how our bodies and our emotions are connected and influence our everyday health and happiness.
 

Our second part of the day will look at the preliminary evolution of utilizing movement as physical healing, the practice of Thai Yoga. Thai Yoga, or 'Nuad Boran' as it is known in Pali, was developed in India, and influenced the practitioners who later inspired the Meridian understanding. It means 'ancient healing' and focuses on ten primary energy lines which are stretched and pressed by a partner.

This practice teaches us how to touch and expand the life and heath force in others aswell as in ourselves while helping the other.

We all love to be adjusted in Yoga practice, though sometimes we feel that the touch could have been more serving.

In this session we will learn how to trust our breath, how to touch with confidence and connect to ourselves more.

While this workshop might strike you as a Teachers workshop, it is for all practitioners. It will teach you how to touch others better, how to connect with your partner or friend with more clarity, how to speak with clarity and how to move your body with more confidence and grace.

Teachers who adjust regularly will learn effective methods to increase their students trust and ease in their physical effort when adjusting.

Herkullisen aamiaisen jälkeen on vuorossa SUP (Stand Up Paddle = seisontaan melonta) -retki sekä SUP joogatunti vetten päällä, kumppaneina merituuli ja aurinko. Lounas meren äärellä kruunaa reippaan päivän aloituksen, jonka jälkeen on mukava lähteä kiertämään Helsingin parhaita kesänähtävyyksiä pyörällä tai varata tennistunti.

Paketti sisältää pe-la yöpymisen jaetussa kahden hengen huoneessa, aamiaisen ja salaattilounaan lauantaina ja sunnuntaina sekä ohjelman. Asiakkaiden vaapaassa käytössä on myös kanootit sekä polkypyörät. Varauksen voi tehdä myös ilman majoitusta ja ruokailuja, jolloin hinta on 120eur/hlö. Ruokailut (2x aamiainen + 2x lounas) yht. 56eur.

Nita on New Yorkin Institute for Integrative Nutrition koulusta valmistunut hyvinvointikonsultti, elämäntaidonvalmentaja, JourneyDance-, jooga ja SUP-joogaohjaaja, jonka suurin intohimo on auttaa ihmisiä löytämään pysyvään hyvään oloon ja elämäniloon. Nita uskoo, että meissä jokaisessa on sisällämme valtava kapasiteetti kunhan vain otamme sen käyttöömme.

Mitä on SUP Jooga?

Oletko innostunut joogasta, mutta kesällä olisi kiva olla ennmmin ulkona ja mieluiten hakeudut veden äärelle? Miltä kuulostaa näiden yhdistäminen, surffilaudan päällä joogaaminen? Taivas kattona, vesi alla ja kumppaneina merituuli ja aurinko?

SUP (Stand Up Paddle) lautailun alkujuuret ovat 60-luvun Havajilla. Viimeisen 10 vuoden aikana laji on levinnyt laajempaan tietoisuuteen ja harrastajamäärät kasvavat kovaa vaihtia kaikkialla jossa on vesistöjä lähellä. Viime vuosina myös yhä useammat joogaajat ova löytäneet itsensä SUP-laudan päältä, sillä lauta toimii erinomaisesti kokonsa puolesta mattona. SUP-joogan avulla joogaharjoitus saa uutta haastetta ja hauskuutta. Lajissa yhdistyy mitä parhaimmalla tavalla ulkona ja merellä oleminen, kehoa tosi tehokkaasti vahvistava ja keskittymiskykyä parantava hauska harjoitus. Vaikka laudan päällä joogaminen lisää huomattavasti haastavuutta, SUP-jooga sopii kaikille joogaa harrastaville, sillä tunti ja asanat ovat erityisesti tätä varten suunniteltuja ja räätälöidään harjoittelijan tasoa vastaavaksi. SUP jooga voimistaa tehokkaasti koko kehoa, haastaen ennen kaikkea keskivartalolihaksia ja jalkoja. SUP-joogatunnin jälkeen kokonaisvaltainen hyvä olo ja ilo tuntuu luissa ja ytimissä.
