Snack 

 

Toast 2 slices of 100% rye/oat bread or gluten free bread. Spread some organic extra virgin olive oil and avocado on top. Add some sauerkraut, parsley and a pinch of crystal salt and turmeric. Cover with a layer of cucumber slices and some dark leafy greens!
