1-2 cup filtered water/ coconut water
1-2 cups fresh kale and/or spinach
1/4 cup parsley
1/2 cup celery chunks
1/2-1 banana (frozen if wanted)
1 tbs virgin coconut oil
small piece of fresh peeled ginger
pinch of crystal salt & cayenne
Superfoods below are optional adds, so use what you have or want to!
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs flax seeds
handful of goji berries
1-2 tbs maca powder
1/3 ts cordyceps mushroom powder
1-2 tbs some supergreens powder mix/ spirulina/ chlorella/ barley or wheat grass powder
Mix all ingredients in a blender and feel the vitality and health taking over your body sip by sip!
Enjoy as the second thing in the morning after two glasses of pure water.
